CYCLOJET 1
   The Cyclojet, like all Better Engineering jet washers, automatically cleans parts with biodegradable detergent and water. A combination of mechanical force (spray and agitation), heat (130°-180° F), and the chemical action of detergent strips away oils, chips, etc....minutes. The wash solution us continuously filtered and recycled.

    ONE CHAMBER / FIVE STAGES: Knowing that time, space, and money are precious commodities, B.E. designs machinery that can perform multiple tasks in a single chamber. The Cyclojet, using just 3 ft. x 3 ft. of floor space, does more work than systems that are 20 feet long.
   Simply slide the covered basket(s) into the rotation fixture, engage the single action latch, and start the cycle. The Cyclojet automatically progresses thru as many as five (5) stages producing clean, dry parts. Specifications

CYCLOJET 3
    The Cyclojet 3 doesn't clean one way...it cleans anyway you want, anytime you want. if one part must be rinsed while another can't tolerate fresh water, pre-program the cycles and put the appropriate "cycles number" on your work order. If filing and draining the cleaning chamber pulls out chips from deep passageways, create a cycle with back-to-back "Immerse Wash" stages. If the solution in tank #2 is suddenly getting too much detergent carryover, insert another "Fresh Rinse" stage after the wash stages.

There are six (6) types of cleaning stages plus a 'tumble dry". These stages can be repeated, deleted, shortened, lengthened, and/or sequenced in ANY fashion to create  nine (9) different preprogrammed cycles. The operator can use these established cleaning recipes or setup a new cycle at any time.

The Cyclojet 3 the big brother of the Cyclojet 1. This stainless steel Jet Washer has four (4) slide-out baskets, two (2) tanks for high volume rinsing, and a hot air drying system.

The F-4000-P is one of fifteen (15) turntable Jet Washers offered by Better Engineering. The turntable diameters vary from 27" to 72".

The F-4000P-ZX has sequential wash/rinse/dry cycles and is built to G.M. specifications. Twelve (12) of these machines clean every fuel injector used in every G.M. car in the world.

The C-5000-P Carousel Jet Washer cleans, rinses, and dries parts in one revolution. These systems are ideal for "work cells", which don't have space for a linear conveyor system.
